Summerbell Design Limited is a small engineering computer aided design consultancy based in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire, just a few kilometres from the M42 and the A50 (M1/M6 link).

The company was formed in 1998 and has undertaken projects in the Aerospace and Industrial Gas Turbine industries, primarily in the fields of Instrumentation and Turbine Maintenance Tooling. 

Clients include Rolls-Royce and Alstom Power as well as many smaller companies in the Midlands, including MGB Catering Equipment and Birmingham Catering Equipment Limited.

Our engineers also have experience in the Automotive and Renewable Energy Industries.

We are able to provide staff to work either on-site or in-house, or a combination of both.

The company has expertise with the following CAD systems;

• CATIA - 2D and 3D modelling
• CADDS 5 - 2D and 3D modelling
• AUTOCAD - 2D
• UG NX 6.0

We have an in-house AutoCAD 2007 LT licence.

Our service to you can range from basic draughting to complete design packages, and the supply of staff for any period.
